charity + rick: gros morne wedding.
what a way to kick off our spring + summer season of weddings. 2016, you’re looking absolutely beautiful. a huge congrats to Charity + Rick! every location we visited was magical.
julia + adrian: humber valley wedding.
we didn’t have to ask these two to do a thing. they just hugged, kissed, and loved each on each other, and we were just grateful to be witnesses to this kind of marriage celebration. all the love, you two.
meigan + pete: gros morne wedding.
we don’t really have the words to adequately describe this day. M & P got married, everyone ate oysters and smoked salmon and drank sangria, the wind blew and violin’s played, we thought “this cannot be real” multiple times but somehow it was – and we loved every second of it. thanks so much for having us along, you two! it was an all-time favorite.
alicia + ryan: summer wedding.
this wedding day was so fun. alicia is one of the most energetic people you could meet; and ryan balances her out in the best kind of way. give us a couple like this, some sun, some wind – magic.
raleen + jay: fireside winter wedding.
a fireside wedding in the middle of winter; raleen + jay’s wedding totally has our hearts. it was right up our alley and we had the BEST time. they are so genuine and we love that they recognized how weddings are for having the people you love most around and enjoying your day… no matter the temperature, no matter the weather.
ledon + trevor: grand falls theatre wedding.
we apologize for the radio silence. the truth is, we’ve been at weddings. and working our tails off. we’ve even gotten married too. to the two 27″ iMac’s that we eat sleep and breathe at. (aren’t I funny? no?) seriously though, this year should be named The Year With All The Weddings. Or, if you’re into even more lengthy titles: The Year With All The Amazing Weddings: Such As This Couple Who Got Married In a Movie Theater While Their Guests Ate Popcorn. and the bride looked like a mermaid, and the groom looked like he walked off the set…
emily + oliver: codroy valley wedding.
newfoundland is amazing. shoot a wedding in codroy valley, breath-taking. drive ten minutes to the wreckhouse area, looks completely different. (so epic). wait ten minutes, and it looks like the weather has completely changed. (thats newfoundland for you). and we love it. and all of the people we met at this wedding – oliver and emily especially. and ross – dru says to not forget ross. he’s still talking about that beard!
